A like for like extension in Ryde adapting to the existing brick home.

The existing brick house faced the corner and was a split level rebuild from the mid 90s. The brief was to provide an upgraded master bedroom and living room. This matched the existing brick of the existing house but organised the spaces to allow a shaded terrace and a view to her gardens from the living room and an overwatch from the second story main bedroom. The client lovers her garden, hence a timber pergola linked the landscaping from the front along the side to the back gardens.
